For cancellations or amendments, a maximum charge of 14 days will apply.
14 days’ notice is required prior to check-in for any changes or cancellations (on all lengths of stay) in order to avoid charges.
Notice given within 14 days will result in a charge equal to 14 nights minus the number of days’ notice given.
This also applies to in-house guests should a stay requires to be shortened.
Please note the policy above increases to 28 days’ notice required for bookings falling (even partially or less) in July and August months (shortening of stay is not permitted during this period).
Option to extend is subject to availability.
Please note the credit card provided on this form is for guarantee only, a credit card will be required on arrival and full payment will be taken on day of arrival or in case of a no show.
Check in is from 2 pm (except 3 bedrooms from 3 pm). Check out is required by 11 am.
Should you require a late check-out up to 5pm, a half day rate charge applies, for departures after 5pm, one full day rate applies. This is subject to availability and should be requested with sufficient notice.
Tax is 20% for the first 28 days and 4% thereafter.
Monarch House is a non-smoking property and pet is not allowed.
A complimentary daily maid service is provided from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), linen is changed twice a week.
Air conditioning is available in all apartments.
1 bedroom apartment is for 2 guests, 2 bedroom apartment 4 guests, 3 bedroom apartment 6 guests. Additional 1 guest maximum (regardless of age except under 2 years old) at additional £50+vat/night (£60/night inclusive vat).
Apartment allocation or preference (if any) may be requested however we are not able to guarantee allocation.
